With 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Cathy began her career at her father's company, Westco Heating and A/C, Inc, where she worked for 19 years. When her father retired, Cathy established Residential Heating and Air Conditioning in 1996.
Trained by her father to do things right the first time and to explain pricing upfront, Cathy has built an excellent reputation in the HVAC industry throughout Silicon Valley for top-quality, state-of-the-art design and installation, and outstanding customer service.
Cathy and Huy have been the primary shareholders of Residential Heating since 1995, making it a Silicon Valley-owned company. With decades of experience, Huy has been involved in the HVAC industry since 1988. He is the Contractor's Licensing Board C20 & C43 license qualifier for the company.
As a valuable member of the Residential Heating and Air Conditioning team since 2000, Billy oversees our Home Performance operations. He has participated in numerous industry training programs by Build it Green, Air Conditioning Contractors of America, California Building Performance Contractors Association, PG&E, and equipment manufacturers. He has extensive training in Home Performance Diagnosis and Remediation, Quality Design and Installation, and is a Diamond-Certified Mitsubishi City Multi Designer. Billy is a certified Home Energy Rating System Rater, a Building Performance Institute Building Analyst Professional, and Building Envelope Professional, and is the Contractor's Licensing Board B license qualifier for our company.
